It all started with one simple belief: foundations matter
From tight access sites to larger developments, we’re here to make your job easier.
Daniel Langford jumped into earthmoving the day he left school.
It didn’t take long before he met the first of many builders frustrated with outdated foundation methods.
Determined to find a better solution, Daniel dedicated himself to screw piling – the smarter, more efficient way to lay foundations.
What began with a single piling machine quickly grew. One truck became two, then four, then eight, as word spread about the team making foundation work easier for residential builders.
Today, Langford Foundations is a true family endeavour. The entire Langford family is involved, bringing a personal touch to every project.
Hello, I'm Daniel
Earthworks have been my world for as long as I can remember. It was more than a decade ago, that I really saw the superior benefits of screw piles over traditional concrete bored piers, and that’s all I’ve done since.
Today, I’m fortunate to lead the best piling crew in Australia, with a fleet of excavators, servicing Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
